INSIGHT:
Autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, and psoriasis, are deeply personal and often hereditary, disproportionately affecting women and requiring long-term, patient-centric care. Within the GSW-Lilly partnership, there was a strategic opportunity to expand the agency’s footprint into this high-growth "sleeve" of business.
To win this expansion, the communication strategy needed to move beyond clinical data and provide a high-touch, empathetic experience that reflected the sophisticated nature of autoimmune research and the patients it serves.
OBJECTIVE:
The objective was to design a high-fidelity, interactive PDF presentation specifically optimized for the Apple iPad to facilitate a mobile-first dialogue with Lilly stakeholders.
My role was to transform complex marketing strategies for autoimmune products into a tactile, phygital experience for the initiative.
By utilizing the iPad’s intuitive navigation, I created a presentation that allowed stakeholders to explore data and creative concepts dynamically. This approach was designed to demonstrate GSW’s ability to transform the brand experience through modern, mobile-compliant technology that mirrored the innovative nature of Lilly’s own pipeline.
RESULTS:
The interactive presentation was a critical tool in demonstrating GSW’s technical agility and deep understanding of the immunology sector. This high-level "growth conversation" successfully reinforced GSW's position as a lead agency for Lilly, contributing to the expansion of their contractual footprint across multiple therapeutic areas.
The project became a benchmark for "in-the-field" business development, proving that interactive mobile tools could significantly elevate the standard of client-agency dialogue and drive internal portfolio growth.
