OVERVIEW:

inServ Worldwide was a specialized creative agency established within the inVentiv Health network (now Syneos Health). Designed as a strategic brand and marketing partner for a vast ecosystem of sister agencies, inServ provided integrated communications and marketing solutions for global leaders in the wellness, biopharmaceutical, and healthcare industries. Operating under the mission "Your Brand. Delivered," the studio was engineered to provide blended capabilities across multiple creative disciplines—including brand development, strategy, and high-fidelity digital and video production.

INSIGHT:

In a sprawling global network like inVentiv Health, the primary challenge was agility. Sister agencies needed a partner that could not only speak the complex language of healthcare but also deliver customized, brand-pure results at the speed of the market.

The insight was to move beyond the traditional agency model and create a "precision-marketing engine." To fulfill the promise of "Your Brand. Delivered," inServ required a visual identity that felt both modular and sophisticated—signaling to clients that their brands were in the hands of experts who valued execution as much as innovation.

OBJECTIVE:

As a brand designer within this collaborative studio, my objective was to build the visual infrastructure that allowed inServ to pivot across diverse a diversity of client needs. I led the development of a comprehensive internal brand system, establishing a rigorous set of guidelines that unified the agency's voice.

My role involved curating a scalable library of custom photography, illustration, and graphic assets, alongside a robust iconography system. By "theming" strategic assets for high-level business development, I ensured that the inServ identity remained a consistent, professional anchor across print, digital, video, and environmental touchpoints.

RESULTS:

The development of the inServ brand system successfully transformed the studio into a high-performance creative hub. The new visual framework provided the clarity and professional polish necessary to support complex, multi-million dollar initiatives for global biopharmaceutical partners.

By streamlining the agency’s internal brand assets, we increased the efficiency of our collaborative model, allowing teams to deploy customized marketing solutions with greater precision. This work solidified inServ’s reputation as the go-to delivery partner for integrated healthcare communications within the inVentiv network.
